Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project/Program Manager with expertise in SAP and program life cycle management. This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders across business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure seamless coordination and successful program execution.

Responsibilities

• Enhance existing detailed project plan, update and manage the project timeline. Collaborate closely with client stakeholders across business, technology, and vendor teams to provide daily updates
• Serve as a technical liaison between business (test script readiness, validation activities, business readiness), technology (IQ, OQ, technical change control), and vendor implementation teams to ensure seamless coordination
• Manage, update and monitor the detailed program plan, breaking down micro-goals and dependencies using tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, and Jira
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams, proactively connect the dots, and escalate as needed to mitigate program impact
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and reporting to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned with program progress
• Bring excellent attention to detail and experience with SAP implementations in a GxP / Pharma environment to support readiness activities including testing assurance and validation compliance: SIT, OQ UAT into the cut over planning timeline

Skills

• Experience as a Senior Technical Project/Program Manager with SAP, S4/Hana, and program life cycle management experience
• Ability to enhance existing detailed project plan, update and manage the project timeline
• Experience collaborating closely with client stakeholders across business, technology, and vendor teams to provide daily updates
• Serve as a technical liaison between business, technology, and vendor implementation teams
• Manage, update and monitor the detailed program plan, breaking down micro-goals and dependencies using tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, and Jira
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams and escalate as needed
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and reporting to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned with program progress
• Excellent attention to detail and experience with SAP implementations in a GxP / Pharma environment
• Experience with testing assurance and validation compliance: SIT, OQ UAT into the cut over planning timeline
• Proven experience (typically 12+ years) as a Technical Program/Program Manager in large-scale SAP/ERP implementations
• SAP S4/HANA implementation experience in a large life science company
• Demonstrable expertise in program lifecycle management including scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and go-live coordination
• Experience working directly with clients, internal business and technology stakeholders, and vendor implementation partners
• Strong proficiency with program and project management tools including Smartsheet, MS Project, and Jira
• Excellent capability to see the big picture and connect detailed activities across multiple workstreams in complex, matrixed environments
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to travel as required to support program needs (minimum travel expected)
