Kelly, a trusted leader in project staffing, seeks an experienced Sr. Project Manager to oversee enterprise-level PeopleSoft Workforce Administration (WFA) and compensation initiatives for a leading university network. The role involves managing all phases of PeopleSoft WFA and compensation projects, coordinating technical and business teams, and ensuring successful execution and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of PeopleSoft WFA and compensation projects
• Lead cross-functional teams, including HR, payroll, IT, and vendors
• Develop project plans, timelines, and communications
• Ensure high-quality, on-time project delivery and post-go-live support

Skills

• 8+ years' experience managing PeopleSoft HCM projects (v9.2+), specifically WFA and compensation
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience overseeing multi-disciplinary teams and third-party vendors

• Higher education or public sector experience preferred
