The role involves managing the middle office trade support functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of trades and reconciliations for hedge funds and institutional investors.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily review of reconciliations and execute controls to analyze and understand all security and cash position differences related to reconciliations
• Efficiently coordinates break resolution process between client, operations teams, and custodian banks
• Affirmation/Confirmation of equity & fixed income securities in US and International Markets
• Manage the settlement of various securities by liaising with brokers and addressing discrepancies in SSIs and trade details
• Review and monitor trading activity to ensure accurate trade details are submitted to the market
• Ensure accuracy of transaction agreements and modifications
• Works closely with implementation team to ensure seamless handoff and setup of new client accounts
• Assists with project work related to increasing efficiency and improving control environment
• Prioritize time accordingly to action trade breaks by end of day
• Effectively address a number of internal and external audiences in a professional manner
• Assist in the training of personnel internationally
• Perform other related duties as required

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or relevant proven work experience
