This role focuses on transforming existing SOPs into clear, user-friendly, and compliant process guides by reviewing and auditing approximately 35 SOPs for clarity and usability.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit ~35 SOPs for clarity, completeness, and usability
• Translate documentation into simple, step-by-step instructions
• Identify gaps, missing steps, and areas of confusion
• Ensure alignment with healthcare payer operations and compliance standards

Skills

• 3+ years in process documentation, operations, or SOP review
• Experience within healthcare payer operations
• Familiarity with NCQA and/or CMS compliance standards
