They are seeking a Software Engineer with strong Rust skills to develop and maintain backend services for an AI platform, focusing on performance and reliability in a cloud-native environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services in Rust running on Kubernetes-native cloud infrastructure
• Contribute to the design and implementation of distributed systems that support AI and ML workloads
• Write clean, well-tested code and participate actively in code reviews
• Collaborate with platform and ML teams to understand requirements and deliver reliable solutions
• Identify and resolve performance and reliability issues across backend services
• Support the continuous improvement of engineering standards and development practices

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT roles
• 4+ years of experience with Rust as a primary programming language
• Experience building and operating services in cloud-native, distributed environments
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and microservices architecture
• Exposure to AI, ML platform, or LLM/RAG workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to code quality
• Advanced proficiency in English
