They are seeking a Software Engineer IV to analyze business requirements and design scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring optimal system performance and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design scalable Salesforce solutions to optimize system performance and data integration
• Configure and integrate Salesforce Service Cloud with Amazon Connect and AWS cloud services to enable omnichannel cloud contact center solutions
• Design and develop Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Design and develop backend APIs and system integrations using Salesforce REST/SOAP services, Node.js, and AWS cloud technologies
• Implement continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Salesforce DX, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins
• Participate in Agile development cycles to plan sprints, review deliverables, and deploy Salesforce application features

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field plus 5 years of related experience
• Analyze business requirements and design scalable Salesforce solutions to optimize system performance and data integration
• Configure and integrate Salesforce Service Cloud with Amazon Connect and AWS cloud services to enable omnichannel cloud contact center solutions
• Design and develop Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Design and develop backend APIs and system integrations using Salesforce REST/SOAP services, Node.js, and AWS cloud technologies
