The role involves building and maintaining their enterprise product, contributing to core technology and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop AI solutions
• Own the software lifecycle, from requirement analysis through maintenance
• Write high-quality code, perform reviews, mentor staff, and support UX design

Skills

• Degree in Computer Science or similar field preferred
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL, Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure), and RESTful APIs
• 2–8 years of Python experience (FastAPI, Flask), React/Angular/Vue
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to architect Knowledge Graph schemas and property graph systems, optimizing query performance to minimize agent latency
• Experience with entity resolution, lineage tracking, and context assembly
• Expertise in LangGraph, AutoGen, or equivalent agentic frameworks
• Strong background in distributed systems, async processing, and reliability
• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) design or implementation
• Familiarity with hierarchical agent systems and multi-agent coordination
• Skilled in responsible AI, including guardrails and human-in-the-loop
