Responsibilities

• Create scroll-stopping content for Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms - short-form video, graphics, and copy
• Develop hooks, captions, and posting strategy that drive real follower and engagement growth
• Run day-to-day publishing: scheduling, community management, and replying in comments and DMs
• Track what's working - saves, shares, watch time, follows - and double down fast
• Spot trends, sounds, and formats early and move on them before they peak

Skills

• A track record of growing social accounts - follower and engagement numbers you can point to
• Strong eye for content creation: you can shoot, cut, and caption something that performs
• Native fluency in social media culture, especially music, entertainment, or lifestyle
• A self-starter who ships daily and doesn't wait to be told what to post
• Editing skills (CapCut, Canva, etc.)
• Music industry interest
• Your own audience
