Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Upaya is seeking a Social Media Associate to manage and enhance their social media presence. The role involves planning and publishing content, maintaining a content calendar, and analyzing social media performance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and publish content across our social media platforms
• Maintain and align the content calendar with campaigns while ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity
• Assist in creating short-form videos and posts while coordinating with designers and editors
• Develop engaging captions, copy, and content ideas, and also assist in scripting for videos
• Stay updated with social media trends and recommend content opportunities
• Track and analyze social media performance and recommend improvements

Skills

• Minimum 1 Year of Experience in a similar field
• Bachelor's Running or above
• Must be updated with trending contents
• Excellent written and vocal communication skills in English and Nepali
• Should not be camera shy
