The role involves reviewing social media content, assessing model outputs, and suggesting improvements to enhance AI performance.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing videos, posts, and other media from social media networks
• Assessing whether certain criteria are met
• Assessing model outputs across various categories
• Determining if the outputs meet the criteria specified
• Conversing with the model on language scenarios
• Verifying factual accuracy and logical soundness
• Capturing reproducible error traces
• Suggesting improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics

Skills

• Native-level fluency
• Deep practical understanding of social media trends
• Ability to recognize cultural nuances
• Experience in content moderation, digital media analysis, or community-based projects
• Clear, metacognitive communication—'showing your work'
