• Stay current on trending sounds, formats, and editing styles and apply them with intention
• Add graphics, text overlays, transitions, and visual effects that elevate the raw footage
• Layer in sound effects and audio to enhance the energy and pacing of each video
• Work quickly and efficiently — turnaround matters as much as quality
• Consume content consistently to stay ahead of what is resonating and what is fading out
• Bring creative input on how to make content hit harder, not just execute what is handed to you

Skills

• A sharp eye for pacing, timing, and what makes a video feel current
