This role involves leading and managing the ServiceNow platform, ensuring strategic and operational ownership across multiple modules and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators
• Act as the technical and functional point of contact for ServiceNow platform initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into scalable solutions

Skills

• 8 years of leading large-scale ServiceNow delivery and operational teams
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, data models, and security controls
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Demonstrated ability to resolve complex process/systems issues through identification and analysis from root cause to strategy development and execution
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• ServiceNow CSA, CIS, or CAD certifications
• ITIL certification
• Experience with Agile Scrum environments
