Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions within the ServiceNow platform
• Delivering a high-quality technical solution in the ServiceNow Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) application with implementation of NowAssist and Virtual Agent components
• Creating seamless, user-friendly workflows and automated processes enhancing operational efficiency for our client
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure technical deliverables meet organizational goals and adhere to industry and ServiceNow best practices
• Troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining existing ServiceNow applications to ensure continued operations and scalability

Skills

• Deep understanding of ServiceNow's architecture and capabilities
• 1+ years of experience supporting technical projects
• 1+ years supporting ServiceNow implementations across Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) OR Customer Service Management (CSM)
• Familiarity with implementation of NowAssist and Virtual Agent; along with related out of the box processes
• Experience troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining existing ServiceNow applications to ensure continued operations and scalability
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist in CSM or PSDS
• Active secret clearance required
