This role will focus on driving data-driven decision-making across various domains, optimizing store performance, and enhancing the partner and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define problem statements, success metrics, and decision frameworks
• Translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytical frameworks and actionable insights
• Guide stakeholders through trade-offs, risks, and implications of data-driven recommendations
• Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, influencing decisions at multiple levels
• Analyze data to deliver actionable insights with strong hands-on experience with modern analytics and BI tools, including Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, and MicroStrategy
• Ability to design, build, and scale interactive dashboards and reporting solutions that drive decision-making
• Data preparation, transformation, and workflow automation (e.g., Python, R, SQL) to enable efficient analytics
• Establish reporting cadence, monitor KPIs, and share updates with stakeholders
• Stay ahead of emerging AI/BI trends to accelerate data modernization efforts (Generative AI, Augmented Analytics)
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to enable AI-driven insights and modern BI capabilities (Cloud Platforms: Azure, APIs)

Skills

• 5+ years in analytics, decision science, roles
• Education: BA/BS in business or quantitative discipline (Stats, Math, Comp Sci, Engineering); Masters preferred
• Strong communication and storytelling skills with an executive presence
• Proven ability to drive projects from concept to impact in ambiguous environments
• Technical proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern BI tools; familiarity with AI/ML concepts
• A natural facilitator who loves working with people and building connections
• Comfortable managing complexity and change
• Passionate about data integrity and compliance
• Growth-minded, solution-oriented, and eager to learn continuously
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with cross-functional teams, including those with and without technical backgrounds

• Experience bridging technical and business teams
