Polikov Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a rapidly growing MGA backed by an innovative platform in the industry, seeking strategic, relationship-driven Production Underwriters. The role involves underwriting, pricing, and servicing large Workers' Compensation accounts while building relationships with top retail agencies and collaborating with a high-tech back office.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite, price and service $500K+ premium Workers' Compensation accounts (think trucking, construction, energy, manufacturing, Agriculture and other high-severity classes)
• Build and maintain relationships with top retail agencies
• Operate with real decision-making authority—this isn’t a “submit and wait” underwriting role
• Collaborate with a high-tech, high-touch back office including legal, audit, claims and loss control
• 100% remote but travel up to 25% to meet key brokers and drive business growth

Skills

• 5+ years WC underwriting experience either as part of a package or stand-alone basis
• Strong broker relationships—especially in Atlanta
• Confidence managing larger, high-severity accounts
• Someone who loves to win business and has a strong sales/relationship mindset
