The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products, ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance application features using established design principles and modern engineering practices
• Produce clear, maintainable, and efficient code while owning components or services within a functional area
• Help ensure system stability, scalability, and security through sound engineering approaches
• Contribute to technical discussions, offering thoughtful input on design and implementation decisions
• Perform code reviews, promote best practices, and assist in elevating overall team capability
• Work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions

Skills

• Demonstrated experience developing backend systems in production environments using technologies such as .NET and Java
• At least 4 years of experience designing distributed systems and working with cloud-based infrastructure
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical solutions from initial concept through production release
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to influence technical direction through collaboration rather than authority
• Experience mentoring or supporting other engineers to improve skills, code quality, and development practices
• A proactive mindset focused on delivering reliable, secure, and maintainable solutions
