In this role, you will conduct phone consultations to help individuals make informed decisions regarding coverage options, supported by structured training and ongoing coaching.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled phone consultations with individuals who requested information
• Run needs-based discovery to understand each person's situation and goals
• Present available options clearly, accurately, and without pressure
• Help each individual reach a confident, well-informed decision
• Maintain a disciplined follow-up cadence across active conversations
• Keep CRM records and pipeline notes current after every interaction
