MetaOption LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise ERP and SaaS implementation projects from initiation through post-production support. The ideal candidate will manage project scope, schedule, budget, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP and SaaS implementation, migration, enhancement, and integration projects
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, and deliverables
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work closely with technical teams
• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, solution design meetings, and sprint planning sessions
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, Architects, and third-party vendors
• Manage project governance, change requests, and resource planning
• Ensure successful execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, deployment, and post-production support
• Drive continuous improvement of implementation methodologies and project delivery processes
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of Project Management experience, including ERP or SaaS implementation projects
• Prior experience as a Business Analyst, with progression into Project Management
• Proven experience leading full lifecycle ERP or SaaS implementation projects
• Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
