Responsibilities

• Strong project management experience, preferably within complex, cross-functional or regulated environments
• Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without authority
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and performance tracking frameworks
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms)
• Experience leveraging AI tools within their project management practices
• Demonstrated ability to manage complexity, drive strategic outcomes, and align projects to business objectives
• Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., financial services, data privacy, compliance) preferred

• Bachelor's degree required
