Seaglass Technology Partners, LLC is a fast-paced, PE-backed software company seeking an experienced Project Manager / Program Manager to support a major enterprise transformation initiative. This role involves managing complex, cross-functional initiatives focused on product lifecycle management and software product development, while collaborating closely with senior stakeholders across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional product lifecycle initiatives from requirements and planning through launch, iteration, backlog management, and ongoing product updates
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Technology leaders to manage roadmaps, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines
• Support a broader company transformation effort involving multiple operational workstreams and high executive visibility
• Create and maintain project plans, governance routines, status reporting, and risk mitigation strategies
• Drive alignment across senior stakeholders, including VP and SVP-level leaders across Product, Technology, and Engineering
• Help improve product development processes, stage-gate frameworks, launch readiness, and ongoing product portfolio execution

Skills

• 10+ years of project or program management experience, preferably in software product, SaaS, technology, business transformation, or process improvement environments
• Strong background supporting software products that are built and sold to external customers
• Experience working closely with Product Management, Engineering, Technology, and Commercial teams
• Ability to operate in a lean, fast-paced environment with short deadlines and high expectations
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders, competing priorities, risks, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies
• Experience with product lifecycle management, product portfolio rationalization, backlog management, and launch execution
• Excellent communication, executive reporting, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, and related project management platforms
