Claritev is seeking a Healthcare IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex initiatives including EHR implementations and system modernization. This role involves managing cross-functional teams and ensuring project alignment with federal and state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout
• Track scope, risks, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring timely resolution
• Coordinate teams and facilitate status meetings, reporting, and executive updates
• Support go-live readiness, compliance, and continuous process improvement

Skills

• 5–10+ years of experience in healthcare IT, project management, or consulting
• Experience delivering large-scale healthcare IT or EHR implementations
• Exposure to federal/state healthcare programs (VA, DoD, CMS, Medicaid)
• Hands-on experience with EHR platforms (Cerner, Epic, etc.)
• Ability to travel 25–50% and support critical milestones (e.g., go-live)
• Experience across consulting, federal contracting, or government environments
• Strong adaptability to changing priorities and regulatory requirements
• Commitment to security, privacy, and compliance standards
• PMP certification strongly preferred
• Experience with Oracle Health (Cerner) implementations
• Knowledge of federal contracting, Agile/Waterfall methodologies
• Strong stakeholder communication, governance, and reporting experience
