Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Zearch is a fast-growing AI/API company modernizing how businesses connect and transact. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager who understands network effects and product-led growth to define strategies that enhance platform value as new participants join.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive network-effect strategy — every new supplier, buyer, or logistics partner should make the platform more valuable for everyone already on it
• You'll own how that flywheel spins
• Build a PLG motion that scales — reducing friction from first touch to activated customer, with self-serve onboarding loops that don't require proportional sales headcount
• Own the API and integration product surface — improving developer experience, connectivity reliability, and partner onboarding tooling
• Define the right metrics — activation rates, network liquidity, trading partner retention, and transaction volume as signals of platform health
• Balance competing needs across a multi-sided market — suppliers, enterprise buyers, and technology partners all have different problems. You'll synthesise them into one coherent roadmap

Skills

• 5–8+ years in product management, at a marketplace, data network, or integration/API platform
• Hands-on experience with network-effect or PLG products — you've built or scaled something where more participants made it better for everyone
• Fluency with APIs and integrations — you don't need to write the code, but you've shipped API-first or integration-heavy products and can hold your own in technical conversations
• ERP, Supply chain, logistics, or commerce exposure is ideal
• Strong cross-functional operator — equally at home in customer discovery, sprint reviews with engineering, and roadmap conversations with the exec team
