OpenLoop is a telehealth support solutions company co-founded by Dr. Jon Lensing and Christian Williams, aiming to streamline care delivery. The Senior Product Designer will lead the design of both client-facing products and internal tools, collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers to create innovative design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for complex product areas, from discovery through iteration and delivery
• Partner closely with PMs and Engineers to co-create solutions, not just execute on specs
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear, structured design approaches and outcomes
• Build and evolve scalable systems, information architecture, and product structures
• Develop and maintain design systems that are actively used and evolve with the product
• Contribute to both external client-facing experiences and internal tools (e.g., CRM, operational platforms)
• Rapidly iterate on designs based on feedback, constraints, and changing business needs
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate design workflows, research, and prototyping where appropriate
