They are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to join their infrastructure team and help scale the systems that power their core product, focusing on performance, automation, and system design.

Responsibilities

• Building and improving cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines
• Automating operational workflows and improving system reliability
• Monitoring performance, optimising costs and improving scalability
• Maintaining observability and incident response processes
• Collaborating with engineering teams to standardise environments and tooling
• Supporting secure and compliant infrastructure practices

Skills

• 5+ years experience in software engineering, platform engineering or DevOps
• Strong experience with cloud environments and infrastructure tooling
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Solid understanding of system design, debugging and performance optimisation
• Experience with containerisation and infrastructure-as-code tools
• Comfortable working with backend systems and APIs
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate independently
• Experience with distributed systems or high-scale platforms
• Exposure to data-intensive or AI-driven systems
• Familiarity with asynchronous processing and event-driven architectures
