Responsibilities

• Design and improve LAN, WAN, and wireless networks to enhance connectivity and performance
• Collaborate with network staff to resolve issues and propose design improvements
• Monitor and maintain all network connectivity to support efficient branch office communications
• Coordinate with third-party support on complex infrastructure issues, serving as the incident owner
• Implement enterprise remote access solutions such as SSL VPNs and SDWAN

Skills

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on network design and implementation
• Hands-on experience configuring BGP, OSPF, IPSEC site-to-site VPN, DMVPN, VoIP, and NAT
• Proficient understanding of LAN/WAN fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols, and wireless technologies
• Experience with backup and restore technologies and best practices
