• Strong Sales background, with a focus on securing partnerships, sponsorships, and revenue growth
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote work environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• Familiarity with the podcast or media industry is a plus
