[Remote] Senior Lead Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Paul Bridges Group is a well-established and growing Texas-based light industrial staffing firm seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to serve as a producing leader while managing and developing a small delivery team. This role involves leading full-cycle recruiting efforts and mentoring recruiters while building recruiting strategies to improve performance in a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for light industrial, skilled trades, manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, and distribution positions
- Act as a top-producing recruiter, maintaining your own requisition load and candidate pipeline
- Manage, coach, and develop a small team of recruiters focused on candidate delivery and fulfillment
- Partner closely with sales leadership to prioritize openings and ensure exceptional client service
- Build recruiting strategies to improve fill ratios, speed to submit, and retention
- Develop sourcing strategies across job boards, referrals, community partnerships, and local networking efforts
- Monitor recruiting metrics and drive accountability across the team
- Help establish best practices and scalable recruiting processes as the business continues to grow
Skills
- 5+ years of recruiting experience within light industrial staffing, manufacturing staffing, or skilled trades staffing
- Proven ability to produce personally while leading others
- Strong knowledge of high-volume recruiting and workforce management
- Experience recruiting for warehouse, production, clerical, logistics, distribution, and manufacturing environments
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Previous experience leading, mentoring, or managing recruiters
