They are seeking an experienced ERP Account Executive who will focus on developing new business, managing complex sales cycles, and building long-term client relationships within the manufacturing and distribution sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and relationship building
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution
• Identify and qualify opportunities by understanding business challenges, organizational priorities, and buying processes
• Build relationships with executive leadership, including owners, presidents, CFOs, COOs, and operations leaders
• Deliver presentations and high-level software demonstrations with support from the technical team when appropriate
• Develop proposals, pricing, and solution recommendations
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and activity history within the CRM
• Collaborate closely with consulting, technical, and marketing teams to deliver a seamless client experience
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and customer events
• Stay current on ERP technology trends and the evolving needs of manufacturing and distribution organizations

Skills

• Approximately 6+ years of experience selling ERP software or ERP consulting services
• Demonstrated success selling into manufacturing, job shop, or distribution organizations
• Experience managing complex consultative sales cycles from prospecting through close
• Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate value to executive-level decision-makers
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Experience with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, Finance & Operations, Acumatica, Epicor, Infor, NetSuite, Global Shop Solutions, or similar enterprise software solutions
