This role involves leading the business development team, formulating strategies, and establishing relationships to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives
• Leadership: Lead and inspire the business development team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets
• Relationship Building: Establish and foster relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to drive business growth
• Market Research: Oversee market research initiatives to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends
• Proposal Development: Lead the preparation of high-quality proposals, presentations, and supporting documents for potential partnerships or collaborations
• Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through the identification and evaluation of potential business opportunities
• Competitor Analysis: Analyze market data and competitor insights to identify areas for growth and development
• Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing findings, opportunities, and recommendations
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in business development roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
• Proven success in developing and executing business development strategies
• Strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
