The role involves working on high-impact projects across the full supply chain lifecycle, advising senior stakeholders on strategic and operational challenges in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medtech sectors.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead workstreams across end-to-end supply chain engagements within life sciences
• Analyse complex challenges spanning:
• R&D and clinical supply chains
• Manufacturing and network strategy
• Sourcing and procurement optimisation
• Demand and supply planning
• Inventory strategy and cost optimisation
• Distribution and logistics models
• Supply chain resilience and risk management
• Translate data-driven insights into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Develop business cases, target operating models, and implementation roadmaps
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across R&D, manufacturing, commercial, and operations
• Contribute to internal knowledge building and thought leadership

Skills

• Experience in strategy or management consulting, with exposure to life sciences supply chain or operations
• Strong understanding of end-to-end pharma/biotech supply chain dynamics, from development through to commercial distribution
• Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and communicate complex concepts clearly
• A proactive, intellectually curious mindset and strong interest in life sciences strategy
