They are seeking a Senior Bus Systems Analyst who will analyze business procedures, document processes, and develop functional specifications for software systems.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business procedures and determine effective solutions for business software systems
- Document business processes and needs and translate them into detailed functional specifications for system development
- Develop detailed business cases and ROI calculations and identify potential risks
- Identify test cases, explain complex processes, and develop test plans
Skills
- Skilled communicator with a passion for technology
- Ability to analyze business procedures and determine effective solutions for business software systems
- Ability to document business processes and needs and translate them into detailed functional specifications for system development
- Detail-oriented and able to condense complex information into user documentation and learning resources
- Ability to develop detailed business cases and ROI calculations
- Ability to identify potential risks
- Knowledgeable in all aspects of software development and the project management life cycle
- Familiar with identifying test cases, explaining complex processes and developing test plans
- Shows initiative and appreciates having a hand in spurring professional development
- Experience with Agile/Iterative development methodologies and tools
- Experience with Defect Management Tools
- Database experience
