The role involves financial reporting, technical accounting, and participation in M&A integration and IPO readiness initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support financial reporting, month-end close, and general accounting activities
• Assist with SEC reporting and public company compliance requirements
• Participate in M&A integration, acquisition accounting, and due diligence projects
• Support IPO readiness initiatives, including process improvement and internal controls
• Research technical accounting issues and prepare related documentation
• Partner with client leadership teams on special projects and process improvements

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3–5 years of public accounting experience with public company clients
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• CPA or CPA track preferred
