[Remote] Senior Account Manager - Senior Care

The role involves driving revenue growth within existing client accounts by expanding relationships and delivering measurable account expansion through strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute account expansion strategy across assigned Senior Living clients, with a strong focus on upsell, cross-sell, and multi-solution adoption
  • Identify growth opportunities using CRM data, usage insights, and client business objectives; build and maintain a robust expansion pipeline
  • Drive revenue outcomes by managing quota-based growth targets, including expansion ARR and MRR growth
  • Partner strategically with clients to understand operational and technology needs, aligning DAS Health solutions including managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and EHR support
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to unlock growth opportunities and support expansion initiatives
  • Conduct strategic business reviews focused on growth opportunities, performance insights, and expansion planning (vs. only relationship check-ins)
  • Leverage CRM tools to track pipeline, forecast growth, and prioritize expansion opportunities
  • Maintain strong executive relationships while positioning DAS Health as a strategic partner for long-term growth

Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, or growth-focused roles
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling strategies
  • Experience owning or contributing to revenue targets tied to account expansion
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and growth strategies, ideally within MSP or healthcare IT environments
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and a data-driven approach to account growth
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive strategic conversations
  • Experience in Senior Care/Senior Living, healthcare, or regulated environments strongly preferred
