In this role, you will serve as the primary customer contact on a project management level, responsible for managing account workload and executing tactical objectives aligned with brand strategy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead for tactical work including securing information for the internal team, communicating with brand team, leading customer status meetings, participating in regulatory/medical reviews, etc
• Drive customer process by possessing a deep understanding of customer requirements and systems to effectively drive projects to completion
• Build/foster relationships with customers and colleagues, providing value as source of information relative to tactic objectives and business needs
• Work to stay current with brand information (data, strategy, competitive dynamics) and understand the brand’s strategic goals/objectives

Skills

• 2+ years' experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing at an agency
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience with Adobe Professional
