Responsibilities

• Training development experience across multiple SAP process areas RTR, STP, PRD, WHS (this is the hard requirement; single-module designers won't clear)
• 2+ years hands-on SAP, 3+ years ERP overall
• Full-lifecycle instructional design: needs assessment, storyboards, eLearning (WBT/CBT), evaluations, Train-the-Trainer
• Nice-to-have: S/4HANA project experience, Big 4/consulting background
