• 5+ years of Salesforce experience with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Proven experience in a Techno-Functional Consultant role, managing both business and technical requirements
• Hands-on experience with Journey Builder
• Hands-on experience with Automation Studio
• Hands-on experience with Email Studio
• Hands-on experience with Audience Segmentation & Personalization
• Strong understanding of Customer Lifecycle Management
• Strong understanding of Omnichannel Marketing Strategies
• Strong understanding of Customer Journey Mapping
• Experience with SQL, data analysis, and customer data modeling
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, Design of Experiments (DOE), and campaign performance measurement
• Ability to convert business requirements into technical designs and scalable solutions
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
