Responsibilities

• Managing and growing a defined territory or portfolio of accounts, driving revenue growth through consultative selling and long-term relationship development
• Supports revenue growth by engaging customers through phone, email, and digital channels, managing inbound and outbound sales activities
• Drives strategic growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within targeted market segments
• Serves as a technical commercial expert, partnering with customers to understand scientific needs and recommend tailored solutions across GenScript’s portfolio

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in life sciences sales, business development, or commercial roles
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
• Experience selling CRO, CDMO, biologics, gene therapy, or molecular biology solutions
• Advanced degree (MS, MBA, or PhD)
• Existing network within biotech or pharmaceutical industry
