Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Generating sales leads through calls, emails, and other outreach methods
• Client Interaction: Communicating with clients, vendors, and suppliers, often assisting in maintaining relationships
• Sales Support: Assisting in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and managing email campaigns
• Administrative Tasks: Updating sales records, managing customer databases, and maintaining accurate documentation
• Meeting Participation: Attending and participating in sales meetings, workshops, and industry events
• Sales Processes: Observing and learning the sales processes, including how to close deals and negotiate
• Reporting: Preparing reports and presentations to convey insights and recommendations to senior management
• Market Research: Conducting research to identify potential business opportunities and market trends
• Marketing activities: Drive social media campaigns, coordinate organizational announcements to external world, build and deliver newsletters to prospects
