In this role, you will serve as a technical consultant, helping customers improve productivity and efficiency through advanced assembly tools and material handling solutions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate manufacturing processes and identify productivity improvements
• Recommend advanced assembly tools, precision fastening, and material handling solutions
• Partner with sales to support customer meetings, presentations, & make recommendations
• Conduct equipment demonstrations for customers and end users
• Assess existing equipment and recommend upgrades or automations
• Configure tooling and material handling systems based on customer requirements
• Create bills of materials (BOMs) to support customer quotes and proposals
• Assist with the implementation, setup, and deployment of recommended solutions
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and production challenges at customer facilities
• Provide technical training on equipment operation, maintenance, and best practices
• Stay current on new products, manufacturing technologies, and industry trends

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in engineering OR manufacturing solutions sales experience is required
• Foundational knowledge of advanced assembly tools or material handling equipment is required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical problem-solving skills are required
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory is required
• Open to entry level candidates with Engineering degrees
