If you are a closer — someone who can lead a conversation, hold frame, and confidently move a patient to a decision — keep reading. The Role We are hiring a Remote Sales Closer to run Report of Findings (ROF) calls on Zoom. These are not cold leads. Patients have already:

  • Completed diagnostics
  • Received a clinical recommendation
  • Expressed intent to move forward

Your job is simple, but not easy: Lead the conversation. Resolve resistance. Get a decision. Collect payment. No chasing. No follow-up sequences. No “checking in.” What You’re Expected to Do

  • Close $3,000–$6,000+ treatment plans in one call
  • Maintain 70%+ conversion rates consistently
  • Handle real objections: money, spouse, fear, hesitation
  • Hold authority without losing rapport
  • Secure payment (card or financing) on the call
  • Guide patients through financing (CareCredit or similar)
  • Collaborate with clinic team for seamless patient experience

Compensation

  • Strong Base + Aggressive bonus structure tied to performance.
  • Clear path to $100K-$120K per year for performers

This is not capped earning. If you can close at a high level, you will be paid like it. Non-Negotiables

  • Proven one-call closing experience
  • Experience in medical, dental, chiropractic, med spa, or treatment-based sales
  • Comfortable discussing and closing high-ticket care plans
  • Strong objection handling (not script-dependent, not robotic)
  • Professional presence on Zoom
  • Reliable internet + clean setup

Strong Advantage If You Have

  • Chiropractic ROF experience
  • Dental / orthodontic case presentation
  • Med spa / surgical consult sales
  • Auto finance / F&I (payment framing mindset)
  • Experience with CareCredit or similar platforms

This Role Is NOT For You If:

  • You avoid asking for the sale
  • You get emotionally affected when a patient pushes back
  • You default to lowering price instead of increasing certainty
  • Your confidence drops when money comes up
  • Your mock performance is stronger than your real-call performance
