They are seeking an experienced Medical Billing Sales Specialist to identify new business opportunities, conduct sales presentations, and build relationships with healthcare providers to maximize revenue.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities within the healthcare industry
• Reach out to physicians, private practices, behavioral health clinics, urgent care centers, and specialty practices
• Conduct sales presentations and demonstrate the value of RCMFirst's services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and decision-makers
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM systems
• Collaborate with operations and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth client transition

Skills

• Proven experience in medical billing, RCM, healthcare sales, or related healthcare services
• Strong understanding of medical billing, coding, insurance claims, denial management, and provider credentialing
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline
• Experience with CRM platforms and lead generation tools
• Knowledge of the U.S. healthcare industry is required
• Existing network of healthcare providers or practice administrators
• Experience selling outsourced medical billing services
• Familiarity with behavioral health, primary care, or specialty practice billing
