They are seeking a Revenue Cycle Systems Analyst I to perform detailed analytical reviews of the revenue cycle, troubleshoot billing issues, and collaborate with IS-Application Analysts to ensure effective system administration.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed analytical and statistical review of the revenue cycle to identify and resolve billing and related problems in system applications
• Act as an internal liaison, working directly with IS-Application Analysts to review, research, analyze, troubleshoot and problem solve to ensure effective administration of system wide applications for integrated network operations
• Assist in the development of procedures and standards
• Update and maintain dictionary tables and system master files
• Create test scenarios
• Prepare reports, documentation
• Oversee project status, communicate findings and train staff, as necessary

Skills

• Minimum five (5) years relevant healthcare billing experience with background in research and analysis of billing problems
• Minimum two (2) years computer experience or training
• Experience in developing, implementing, operating, maintaining or using information systems in hospital and/or clinic settings
• Two years college or medical business school preferred
