Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Oak View Group (OVG) is the global leader in premium live entertainment infrastructure and services. They are seeking a Researcher to join their research team to solicit, collect, process, and analyze Event, Contact, and Box office data in the live entertainment space.

Responsibilities

• Research new and existing events and realtionships in live entertatinment
• Maintain, update and preserve the integrity of our database
• Reconciliation of conflicts in the database
• Identification and removal of duplicate records
• Data entry for contact updates and routebook data received via email
• Customer service for Pollstar Reporters
• Proofing charts and features for weekly publication
• Work closely with Department Heads on all tasks related to Pollstar Directory, Boxoffice and Routebook production
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by management

Skills

• Experience in and a strong working knowledge of the concert business
• Experience with data entry including self-proofing and interpretation of data
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced aptitude with Excel or other data tools
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• The ability to work on deadline with accuracy
