Campus4Tech is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reporting Analyst to collect, analyse and interpret data to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating reports, dashboards and data visualisations that provide actionable insights to stakeholders across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
• Monitor data accuracy and identify trends, patterns and anomalies
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management and stakeholders
• Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting requirements
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards
• Present findings and recommendations through clear visualisations and reports
• Support process improvement initiatives through data-driven insights

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, V LOOKUP, formulas)
• Knowledge of data visualisation tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
• Recent graduates in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science or related fields
