Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to placement
• Build and maintain your own pipeline of clients and candidates
• Negotiate fee agreements with hiring managers and companies
• Deliver an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates

Skills

• At least 1–2 years of agency or corporate recruiting experience
• Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a 100% commission environment
• Expert knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, data mining, and social recruiting) to consistently identify high-quality candidates
• A quiet home office setup with reliable high-speed internet
