The Remote Personal Lines Central Account Manager will build rapport with existing customers, respond to inquiries, process insurance requests, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with existing customers to offer the best solutions to their specific needs
• Provide timely responses to inquiries via phone and email
• Process certificates, endorsements, and binder requests for personal lines insurance policies
• Cross-sell products to existing customers
• Ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction

Skills

• At least one year of Property and Casualty Insurance experience
• Active Property and Casualty Insurance License in ND, SD, NE, WI, MN, IN, OH, IA, MI
• Located in the Central Standard Time Zone
• Successful track record of meeting and exceeding goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Multiple licenses preferred
