Huntington National Bank is seeking a Business Development Officer (BDO) to work remotely while collaborating with colleagues across various banking sectors. The BDO will focus on delivering practice finance products and driving significant annual lending.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates training
• Facilitates skill building
• Oversees performance by market
• Available for deal review and discussion
• Responsible for driving a minimum of $25mm in annual lending
• Performs other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of sales experience with at least 3 years of Business Banking or Practice Finance Lending experience
• Strong coaching & leadership
• Proven track record of customer sales and service success
• Strong communicator
• Strong industry understanding
