ZF Group is a global leader in mobility solutions, and they are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive customer satisfaction and expand market presence. The role involves managing sales forecasts and budgets, supporting sales partners, and representing the company at industry functions.

Responsibilities

• Work with all internal functional teams to achieve customer satisfaction
• Support independent rep agencies with sales calls, information exchange, and product changeovers
• Provide input to assist in planning and product forecasting
• Responsible to create and execute sales forecast and budget
• Provide market intelligence for pricing, market share, and aftermarket trends to maintain competitive market position and communicate pricing to customers
• Responsible for prospecting and new account set up and customer order processing utilizing ERP system
• Represent ZF at trade shows and related industry functions as needed
• Provide back-up within department and perform related tasks as needed

Skills

• BA/BS Degree required or equivalent experience
• Ability to travel 50-75%
• 3+ years customer service or sales experience required, automotive/mechanical aptitude and expertise helpful
• Must possess effective presentation, communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills
• Must be proficient in MS Office Suite
