Direct Recruiters, Inc. is partnering with a manufacturer of Motor Controls, Soft Starters, and Variable Frequency Drives to find a Regional Sales Manager for the Appalachia territory. The role involves driving strategic account development, expanding relationships with key stakeholders, and managing a multi-state territory with minimal travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic account development targeting executive level decision makers
• Expand relationships with Distributors, OEMs, Panel Shops, Key Accounts, and End Users
• Identify and close new business while strengthening existing partnerships
• Leverage industry relationships to accelerate market penetration
• Manage a multi state territory with low overnight travel

Skills

• Experience selling Soft Starters, Motor Controls, or Low and Medium Voltage Drives
• Proven track record growing revenue in a defined geographic territory
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to call at multiple organizational levels
• Home office based near a major airport within the territory
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or Marketing
