The Franchise Regional Director provides strategic and operational leadership for multiple company-owned locations within an assigned region, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and outstanding client service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor local management teams to achieve performance and service excellence
• Build a culture of engagement, collaboration, and accountability
• Monitor and improve key performance metrics (UOP, DSO, revenue growth, retention)
• Provide ongoing feedback and performance insights to senior leadership
• Ensure all operations meet state, federal, and licensing standards
• Partner with HR to maintain compliance with employment and workplace regulations
• Promote ethical practices, client safety, and quality assurance
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Conduct regular SWOT analyses to anticipate business challenges and drive solutions
• Develop and implement regional business plans aligned with company objectives and EBITDA targets
• Drive revenue growth and profitability across all assigned locations
• Evaluate financial results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Implement strategies to reduce overtime, optimize staff utilization, and lower turnover

Skills

• 5+ years of leadership experience in multi-site or regional management, preferably within healthcare, homecare, or a related service industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven record of achieving business growth and operational excellence
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to motivate, lead, and develop high-performing teams
• Experience in quality assurance, compliance, or risk management
